Drop in Jan's Office But No Result

Could't wait anymore for some documents had expiration.
So pushed myself to see Jan, but she told me that was not ready yet and she promised me to issue the letter ASAP.
Not long after, received her email asking for the detailed mail address of the Canadian Consulate General in Buffalo and replied.
Hope I can get the letter soon.
