JOB SUMMARY:

Client Service Manager

This is a newly created position to cope with the rapidly growing business in First Data North Asia.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibility:
% of Time Spent

Responsible for account P/L. 30%
Accurate Forecast the Account Revenues for existing and new sign deal
Received the Account receivable on time
Accurate Billing

Account Operation 30%
Ownership of Account Contract
Monitor and Manage performance of the account contract
Constant Monitor and Manage account issue/problem
Managed the Account and Commercial Process
Drives expansion of FD value to the clients

Client Relationship 20%
Setting up the right governance Structures
Established good/healthy communication channel
Build and maintain solid and strong relationship
React fast/sensitive to any org or political changes

· Sales Activities 20%
o Increase wallet share by selling more add-on business
o Generate more work order revenues

AUTONOMY:

QUANTITATIVE DIMENSIONS:

· Revenue Forecast VS Actual Revenue
· Account Plan VS Actual Account plan execution
· Customer satisfaction survey


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: (Does this position supervise other positions? If so, what positions and grade levels?)


· This is an individual contributor role but need to take a lead SDM and PM and other supporting team Professional Services to meet account objectives

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Level of Education: Type of Degree:

University Graduated or above Commerce/MBA/IT


EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:



Min 2 years experiences in IT or banking sector
Account Management experiences is a PLUS
IT Operation and Sales experiences with strong process oriented
Strong and highly effective communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship handling skills.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Language Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.

Willing to travel 40% of time in China on business are needs.
