Tortured extremely by alternative between HW and ETN

Which one is better for me, speaking of my future professional career?

Either had its advantages and weakness.

Regarding to HW, I had served it several years before I left for United States and I knew how it operates and how it deals with the employees. In a word, it is a company worthy of your trust and pride. However, HW has been growing too fast these years, and this explosive increasement sometimes implies tremendous crisis in the shadow where you can not put an eye upon.

As to ETN, a fortune 500 company, offers me a position titled China South Regional Manager. Annual salary package is not bad, job title is attractive, walfares will be good and the job challenge coexists with future promotion opportunities. Everything seems fine but I just ... still felt something is not there.

HW job interview @ Shanghai

Thanks to Celia Xie, my HW collegue. She recommended me to HW HR manager several days before I was informed to take an interview in Shanghai today.
Efficiency of HW is amazing.
I met Mr. Gao, a high-level cadre soon after my arrival at Shanghai. It took about 35 minutes and went smoothly. 10 minutes later, just stepped out the elevator of YOYO square, HR manager reached my phone and told me the next interview would be hold at 3:30 pm. The speed!
The interviewer in the afternoon is a female, of even more higher level. You can discern that by the attitude of other co-workers, they called her Li Zong of respects. She was very nice, with gentle voice, elegant smiles, clear expression. And she was also from Hunan province which inspirited me for a while.
Many bullshits, you know that, you had to introduce yourself again and again and answer every stupid and awkward question. But you had to, no choices, no protests, just because you must have a job!

Ps, today is our wedding anniversary!

ETN job application, So far so good.

Two months had elapsed away before eventually I got a definite answer from my headhunter, Raymond Zheng.
7 rounds of job interviews, 4 by phone and 3 by face-to-face. Can you imagine what I suffered in the long run persuing this job opportunity?
I fell into silence after Ray's notice. He told me the final result was out of the water and I was their first choice if I agree with the compensation package they offered. The number is a little less than I expected and their explanation was the limitation of the whole employee salary system and consideration of the balance among all employees of the same job level.
At the end of the phonecall, I denied the offer and insisted my original income expectation which I deserve.
