One month and 4 more days after, I finally received passports.
The envelope was teared open widely, that means the Foreign Customs checked it up before it got me. I believe that a letter issued from CIC Canada explained everything for me to those customs officers, or they would think that I was a terrorist. Mailing passports transnationally may seems very strange and illegal to them.
Thank God. I murmured when I caught the very initial sight of the mail package on the reception desk. Although nobody told me that's mine, I knew it should be after so long long waiting. If that was not for me, today would be grey and gloomy.
