Title: Dyson China Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Description:

Make a solid Airblade (AB) sales plan based on regional sales target and key prospects.
Identify key sales opportunities and key competition in each region, understand decision making process, and then tailor sales strategy for specific customers or channels.
Execute sales plan energetically, taking account of customers’ feedback and real market situation in order to realize regional sales target.
Build up long term relationship with key accounts or professional bodies in each region; work closely with marketing team to build up Dyson brand in the industry.
Develop potential partners or distributors in each region; evaluate their capability, credit, loyalty and vision; consider opportunity to collaborate for both sales and service.
Work closely with respective Sales Executive to manage customer database; prioritize customer potential.
Make timely sales forecast, ensuring effective planning and that supply chain can fulfil demand.
Pay close attention to effective collaboration with other key functions within Dyson China and UK to ensure excellent planning and execution.

Qualifications:

Full of energy and able to energize colleagues, customers and other contacts.
Quick learner: learn Dyson products, market and customers quickly.
Clear thinker: identify targets and focus on priorities.
Tenacious: positive and never gives up.
Bachelor Degree; three years sales experience in international company; good presentation and communication skill; good team work; excellent written and spoken English.
