
Title: Regional sales manager -South China
Main Propose:
Ø What do you want this person to have achieved after 6 months and after 12 months?
This position is responsible for broad management of regional sales resources to achieve sales/orders, market share, price, product mix and financial objectives including AR collection target, expense control target in the region.
Principle Responsibilities:
Acts as a senior management representative to principal customers, distributors and resellers within the region and maintains relationships with the key decision makers. Maintain symbiosis of strategic relationship with customers.
Provides strategic direction, determines resource needs and allocations, provides development opportunities for employees, and maintains budget responsibility for the region.
Fully knows market trends, industry development and requirement so as to develop and implement regional sales and marketing strategy to meet target sales objectives, forecast sales volumes on a monthly basis, and feed back the executive situation.
Explore new market segments by looking for new business development of sales and service.
Develops and manages channels in various market segments by maintain strong and loyal business partners in the region. Improve loyalty and provide product and technical training to the staff and channels for competence reinforcement.
Advises senior management of customer and competitive developments that impact sales growth and profitability.
Works closely with other departments to implement strategies focused on the geographic, customer, industry and market needs.
Establish staff development plan and build up harmonious and combat-worthy team.
III. Requirement of Candidate
Working Experience & Academic Background:
Ø Have 10 years working experience in sales & marketing with 5 years experience in managing level, preference is within the power quality industry, UPS related field
Ø Have strong sales skill and distributor management skill have people management skill
Ø Have proven record in the sales achievement, have good relationship with key customers in the region.
Sex & Age, Marriage Status:
Never Mind, above 30
Special Skills (Language & Computer):

Ø Good English speaking will be an advantage
