南京本土公司，2006年英国二板借壳上市公司，成功圈钱近1个亿RMB。
但圈钱后的日子反而不好过了，股东们天天盯着，2007年的业绩没多少增长，公司账上的大量现金无处可投，也不敢投。夫妻店原本就是凭本地的客户关系获得些政府订单来维持增长，软件行业嘛，本来利润就高，加上善于经营政府关系，每年能拿到政府的补贴就有百万之巨，配合国内的财务现状，漂亮的财务报表自然对远在万里之外的股民们自然颇有吸引力了。
但既然上了市，就得眼巴巴的看着股票往上涨，做为高管的夫妻档是如此想法，而渴望着由此挣点红利的股东们则更是双眼盼着，业务份额的增长，产品线的扩宽，海外市场的拓展。但这对原来凭借客户关系来支撑企业成长的高管们却怎么样去思考，如何去布局企业的发展及海外扩张呢？

几轮面试下来，心情很悲凉。不是为自己，而是为该企业的发展前景。家庭作坊式的管理或许在中国经济改革的大潮中找到自己成长之路，但当企业的规模上了台阶之后，管理者的思维仍然停滞不前，企业发展仍然畏缩不前，前怕狼，后怕虎，是注定只能守在他原来的窠臼里吃老本了。

很经典的对话有，当问到该公司的总裁，如何考虑北美市场高级副总裁这个角色的职能时。该总裁简短的回答是，先在公司内部发发邮件，联系联系客户。oh, my. 原来北美市场的拓展就是坐在南京的办公室里发发邮件抓瞎就可以了的。不知道该公司欧洲的股东们听到了会有什么想法。

Landed upon my homeland again!

Finally, the big bird landed on Pudong international airport after approximate 14 hours flight and 2 hours connecting at Chicago.
No excitement, no joyness.
Grey sky and feeble smelly odor stuffed all the way from Shanghai to Nanjing. Tremendous comparison on environment protection between United States and my homeland brought me big shocks and depressed me quite a bit.

Iphone Purchased.

Since the flight date is coming soon, and my Camry is posted on Craiglist, I should take advantage of the car before I sell it.
Iphone now is in my hand, and just one hour passed, I can use it as an ipod now, hah!
Beautiful interface, wonderful ideas, how can Apple create an beauty like this after ten more years of cell phone industrial growth, why other competitors like Nokia, Motorola can not do this?

Yes thats right, we have an unlocked iPhone. The hardware is only used to unlock the iPhone, and can be removed after it's unlocked. Thanks to gray, iProof, geohot, dinopio, lazyc0der, and an anonymous contributor for making this possible. Thanks also to everyone who donated and stuck with us in #iphone.unlock. Our group has agreed to release the method in one week. The current method involves taking apart your phone and doing some complicated soldering, with a high probablity of a bricked phone. Although after the phone is unlocked all the hardware can be removed. We hope to find a software unlock very soon. So in one week exactly from this blog post(thats less than the time it takes to ship a turbosim) we will release simple step by step instructions for unlocking, probably not even involving hardware. Another mail from Buffalo arrived and asked me to take an IELTS in 3 months because of my unprovability of the proficient English skills.

What a terrible news!

Sadness, Happiness, They are never alone

This morning, on the way to the office, Jessica told me that her grandpa had left us for ever.
Even I have never seen her grandpa, I knew how sad it was in her heart. Everybody suffered a lot when they failed to see their love again. Only memories can bring us some smile over time.

This afternoon, Ms. Hu called in and told me that my FN arrived within a thin envelope. However, even I was earnest for this good news a long long time, it can not excite me a lot. Bad news always accompanies with good ones, and the same to the opposite.

One year passed and I can not feel exactly how fast it is. Only more and more white hairs remind me sometimes that I have no idea about my own life. The only thing I can do is work even harder, because I know I am never a lucky man and I am just a common people without talents.

Anyway, stick to my direction, I can support my life and family.

Still No Msgs from Canadian Consulate

I called Mrs Hu several days ago and she told me there is no mail.
Waiting, boring, tiresome, accompanied with the continuous denials of job applications, I am slipping into chaos!
Job opportunities in China and US are so different that I received numerous interview invitations in US but no one from China. My misery is I have to go back to China because of J-1 VISA.
Jessica has cancelled her US travel plan because of her grandpa's illness.
So many bad news!
